Graphene on Lacey Carbon 300 Mesh Copper TEM Grids
Graphene is proving to be a remarkably versatile material. One of its many uses is transmission electron microscopy (TEM), a powerful imaging technology used by chemical, biological, and physical researchers. TEM captures images of microscopic materials by observing how they interact with an electron beam. The process involves placing the material on a specialized flat surface, or grid, designed to support the material and, at the same time, allow the electron beams to pass through. However, in some cases, the microscopic grid allows super small, nanoscale particles to fall through, making TEM difficult. Suspending a layer of graphene above the grid prevents particles from slipping through without altering the imaging process.

Zeolites
Zeolites belong to a special class of crystalline aluminosilicates. Zeolite synthesis involves crystallization under high pH conditions from a diverse silica gel and an alumina source combined with water. The resulting nanoporous materials, called zeolites, are widely used in industrial applications as adsorbents, catalysts, and ion exchangers.
Zeolite Socony Mobil-5 (ZSM-5) is a high-silica pentasil zeolite developed by Mobil Oil Company in 1972. H-ZSM-5 is the H form, or protonic type, of ZSM-5. In H-ZSM-5, H+ ions occupy the zeolite ion exchange sites. H-ZSM-5 can be synthesized with an infinite number of different Si/Al ratios, the variation of which affects the material's crystal configuration, porosity, and particle size, and impacts the overall strength and distribution of acid sites.86-4698-79, 86-4698-80, 86-4698-81 他

Beta zeolite
Beta zeolite is one of the first zeolites discovered and was named prior to Mobil's use of the "ZSM" naming sequence. Beta zeolite has a complex structure consisting of an intergrowth of two distinct structures, polymorph A and polymorph B. Both polymorphs contain a three-dimensional network of 12-ring pores. Each polymorph grows as a two-dimensional sheet, and the sheets within beta zeolite randomly alternate between the two polymorphs. The intergrowth of the polymorphs has little effect on the pores in two of the dimensions, but in the faulting direction, the pores are tortuous rather than blocked.
Beta zeolites are in wide use in the reduction of VOC, N2O, and NOx, industrial gas purification, and automotive emission control. They are also ideal for upgrading fuel, producing petrochemical intermediaries, and for procession various chemicals. In addition, beta zeolites are especially useful in adsorbent applications, such as active carbon replacement and odor removal.86-4698-89, 86-4698-90, 86-4698-91

CVD Graphene on Silicon Substrate
ACS Material produces ultra-thin graphene on copper substrates using CVD. We then use PMMA method to transfer the copper-based graphene to a silicon substrate. Graphene on silicon substrate is available in four graphene thicknesses: 1 layer, 2 layers, 3-5 layers, and 6-8 layers. We offer 1cm x 1cm substrates and 1in x 1in substrates. We are also able to transfer graphene on these substrates using metal-assisted exfoliation (MEA) method.
