特徴
- SAPO-11 is a medium-pore silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve with tunable acidity. It's made up of regularly alternating ALO4, PO4, and SiO4 tetrahedra. Its 10-ring channels are unidirectional and non-intersecting and has elliptical pore apertures ranging from .39nm to .63nm. The medium acid sites and catalytic activity are generated by the isomorphic substitution of silicon for aluminum and phosphate on the surface. It's synthesized via a standard hydrothermalization process using a single agent as a template and then washed, distilled, and calcinated to remove the template. The result is a SAPO-11 molecular sieve with high potential for selectivity and catalysis.
- SAPO-11 belongs to one dimension pore structure. This type of micro pore zeolite has low activity in cracking and disproportionate‚ high activity in isomerization and alkylation ‚ excellent anticokability. It has high selectivity of para-position in isomerization of xylene and methylization of toluene. It can be used as catalyst or catalyst carrier for dewaxing via isomerization‚ selective hydrogenation‚ cracking‚ condensation of alcohol and aldehyde‚ etc.
