JAW Tris-Glycine Buffer Packs are used to make standard transfer buffer for semi-dry and wet transfer of proteins from gel to the membrane.
These packs can also be used to make running buffer for native-PAGE

Dissolve contents of packet in deionized water and 100 methanol to make up to final volume of 500 mL. The resulting buffer makes 25mM Tris and 192mM glycine, pH 8.3 [1X]
These buffer packs are convenient to use as they are premeasured with no requirement to adjust pH
These buffer packs have long shelf life when compared with buffer solutions.
