特徴
- G-Trap SP Agarose Fast Flow is ready to use prepacked column used for separation of proteins and other biomolecules based on charge. The resin in G-Trap SP Agarose Fast Flow is a strong cation exchanger where sulphopropyl (SP) strong cation exchange group is coupled to agarose. The proteins carrying net possitive charge will bind to the resin and protein carrying net negative charge will not bind and will come out in flow through fraction.
