Boster's Tris-Glycine SDS Running Buffer (10X) is used as the electrophoresis buffer during the stacking and resolve process of sodium dodecyl sulfate - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). It separates proteins in their denatured state on Tris-Glycine gels.
