Description:This reagent is formulated for dissolving protein pellets extracted using protein kits (such as 101Bio Cat.#: P503, P511, P513, P518 and P523 kits). The solubilized proteins are denatured due to the presence of an anionic detergent (SDS). Proteins dissolved in this reagent is mainly used for SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and Western blotting. In some cases, the solubilized protein can also be used for immunoprecipitation and trypsin digestion if SDS is removed using our SDS-Remover (Cat. # P5W12).
