特徴

• A universal ready-to-use 5X-concentrated solution for dye-based qPCR detection of DNA targets using EvaGreendsDNA intercalating dye and SYBR®/FAM detection channel.
• The mix is optimised for highly specific results and reduced primer-dimer formation with excellent amplification of GC-rich regions.
• The Mix contains dUTPs to prevent cross-contamination when used with UNG treatment, and a visible dye to ease reaction set-up.
• It contains an internal reference based on ROX dye and is compatible with most qPCR instruments, including those that require low and high ROX level for signal normalization.
