特徴

• Ultra-Active Nuclease, derived from Serratia marcescens, is a dimer consisting of two single chains with a molecular weight of approximately 29 kDa each. It is a broad-spectrum endonuclease capable of non-specific cleavage within nucleotide chains, degrading all types of DNA and RNA (double-stranded, single-stranded, linear, and circular). It efficiently removes nucleic acid residues from various biological samples under a wide range of conditions.
