Each pouch when dissolved in DI water and made to final volume of 500 mL makes 8 mM sodium phosphate dibasic, 2 mM potassium phosphate monobasic, 0.14M NaCl and 10 mM KCl buffer solution [1X] with pH 7.4
Come in convenient ready to use packs with no weighing or adjusting of pH required.
These buffer packs have a longer shelf life when compared to the buffer solutions
