特徴
- For Western blots. femtoCHROMO AP uses a modified BCIP (5-Bromo-4-Chloro-3'-Indolyphosphate p-Toluidine Salt) and NBT (Nitro-Blue Tetrazolium Chloride) substrate that generates a black-purple insoluble precipitate in the presence of alkaline phosphatase.
