  • This kit contains all the reagents necessary to transform Escherichia coli with DNA thatencodes ampicillin resistance and a green fluorescent protein.  The presence of thegreen fluorescent protein allows the easy visualization of the recombinant bacteria.  This kit can also be used in conjunction with the “DNA Ligation” Kit (BE‐308).
