Background:LGR5 (also known as GPR49) is a seven-transmembrane protein of the class A Rhodopsin-like family of GPCRs.
LGR5 and LGR4 bind the R-spondins with high affinity and mediate the potentiation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling by enhancing Wnt-induced LRP6 phosphorylation.
The LGR5/RSPO complex could promote Wnt signalling via the neutralization of two transmembrane E3 ligases, RNF43 and ZNRF3.

サイズ:100ug
Source:Human LGR5, His Tag (LG5-H52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gly 22 - Arg 561 (Accession # O75473-1).
Characteristics:This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 62.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 67-80 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin Level:Less than 1.0 EU per ug by the LAL method.
