特徴
- 特定の転写因子（TF）について、ゲノムDNAの転写制御領域に結合できる活性化状態にあるかを定量するキットです。
- Stem Cell解析、酸化ストレス解析など、研究目的に応じた転写因子の解析が可能です。
- 特定の転写因子を認識するビオチン標識済プローブが1種類付属します。
仕様
- 転写因子：AP1
- 入数：1セット（96-Well Plate 1回分）
- 使用方法
- ①ビオチン標識済プローブ（転写制御領域のオリゴDNA）と核抽出液を混ぜ合わせる。
- ②未結合プローブを除去し、結合したビオチン標識済プローブのみを溶出させる。
- ③結合したビオチン標識済DNAプローブをストレプトアビジン-HRPにより発色させ、定量する。
