Background：Organelle-specific potassium channel specifically responsible for potassium conductance in endosomes and lysosomes. Forms a potassium-permeable leak-like channel, which regulates lumenal pH stability and is required for autophagosome-lysosome fusion. Constitutes the major lysosomal potassium channel.
