Background：The protein as regulator signaling cascades probably through protein ubiquitination and/or sequestration. Inhibits also prolactin, growth hormone and leptin signaling by preventing STAT3 and STAT5 activation, sequestering them in the cytoplasm and reducing their binding to DNA.
