特徴

Background：Neurofilaments belong to the family of intermediate filaments and are structural elements of the neuronal cytoskeleton in an interconnection with actin microfilaments, microtubules and other intermediate filaments. This antibody labels neurons （axons） of the central and peripheral nervous system, and is a useful aid for classification of tumors with neuronal differentiation.
