Background：Cytokeratin 7 （CK7） has a molecular weight of 54 KDa and is mainly marked on glandular epithelium and transitional epithelium. Ovary, lung and mammary epithelial cells are CK7 positive, while colon, prostate and gastrointestinal epithelial are CK7 negative, therefore it can be used for identification of ovarian cancer （CK7+） and colon cancer （CK7-）.
