Background：CD68 is mainly used for labeling macrophages in various tissues, including Kuffer cells in liver. It is mainly used for diagnosis of acute and chronic myeloid leukemia and tissue cells sourced cancer （e.g., malignant fibrous histiocytoma）, but it is usually detected with AACT and Lysozyme at the same time in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
