特徴

• 背景：Ck6 is a Specificity type I keratin of pituitrin, which is usually related to the activation of keratinocytes after trauma, so it is also considered as a kind of healing factor, but it has nothing to do with the proliferation and metastasis of keratinocytes. CK6 is always paired with type I keratin ck16. Ck6 is usually expressed in basal cells of non-keratinized epithelial tissues, and also in outer root sheath of hair follicles. Ck6 is expressed in most squamous cell carcinoma, especially in the middle mature cell layer of squamous cell carcinoma nests. Ck6 is usually combined with CK5 for the differential judging of mesothelioma.
