特徴

• Bone Marrow-CD105+ Endothelial Cells are positively selected from bone marrow Mononuclear Cells, using a direct immunomagnetic CD105 MicroBeads labeling system. Bone Marrow-CD105+ Endothelial cells express endoglin, a type III receptor of the transforming growth factor-beta （TGF-B） receptor family. These cells have the ability for multiplelineage differentiation. After 14 days of culture with Alpha-MEM + 10％ FBS + 1％ antimycotic-antibotic, there is a four-fold expansion of Bone Marrow-CD105+ Endothelial cells. These cultured cells express the following cell markers： CD105, CD13, CD29, CD44, CD49b, CD49e, CD54, CD71, CD90. The aforementioned markers are similar to the markers expressed on Bone Marrow mesenchymal stem cells.
