After centrifugation, the Mononuclear Cells layer is collected. Chronic Myeloid LeukemiaMononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate subpopulations. Chronic Myeloid Leukemia-Bone MarrowMononuclear Cells are available in either the chronic phase or accelerated/blast crisis phase.
