Bone Marrow-CD36+ Early Erythroid Progenitor cells are derived fromBone Marrow-CD34+ cells in culture. The Bone Marrow-CD34+ cells are cultured for 7 to 8 days using a serum free expansion media for hematopoietic cells, with the addition of SCF （50ng/ml）, EPO （2U/ml）, IL-3 （10ng/ml）, and IL-6 （10ng/ml） growth factors. The cells are harvested from culture, and the Bone Marrow-CD36+ cells are positively isolated, using direct immunomagnetic CD36 MicroBeads labeling system
