特徴
- Mouse primary liver cells （MPLIVCs） are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPLIVCs are mixed population of mouse liver cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2％ gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
