特異性：Rabbit Light Chain Mouse Anti-Rabbit Light Chain antibody (clone: SB62a) reacts with the light chain of native Rabbit IgG primary antibodies and does not bind to the reduced and denatured Rabbit IgG heavy chain band (50kD). By using our Mouse Anti-Rabbit Light Chain antibody, detection of antigens with molecular weights near 50kD is not obscured by large amounts of reduced and denatured Rabbit IgG heavy chains on the blots. If the antigen of interest has a reduced and denatured molecular weight near 25kD, Mouse Anti-Rabbit IgG (Cat. No. 4090-01, Clone: 2A9) may be used to detect the heavy chain of the Rabbit IgG primary antibody without binding to the 25kD band of reduced and denatured IgG Light Chains on Western Blots. This antibody is not recommended for sensitive or quantitative detection of the reduced and denatured Rabbit Light Chains on Western Blots.
