特異性：No cross-reactivity with human, bovine, porcine and mouse/rat insulin. Affinity (Kd) > 1 x 108 M for all MAbs. All MAbs bind with equal efficiency to the human free C-peptide and C-peptide region in proinsulin molecules. Antigenic determinants identified by MAbs are in the three-dimensional structure generated by N- and C- terminal regions of C-peptide separated by beta-turn at position 47-50 of proinsulin.
