特異性：Mu opioid receptor, C-terminal domain. Specificity confirmed by immunolabeling of transfected cells, Western blot analysis and immunoisolatin stuies. No reactivity to the N-terminus, second extracellular loop or a different segment of the carboxy tail of the mu opioid receptor. No reactivity to either the delta or kappa opioid receptor. Species crosseactivity: Human, rat and mouse.
