特異性：Specific for the ~78kD Synapsin I doublet protein phosphorylated at S9 in Western Blots of rat hippocampal lysates. The antibody also weakly labels the ~55kD Synapsin II, which has a similar phosphorylation site to that of S9 on Synapsin I.
