特異性：Reacts with histone H2B in human nuclear fractions. Does not crossreact with other histones, H1, H2A, H3 or H4. Species Crossreactivity: Binding of histone H2B from other species has not been tested. Species crossreactivity is expected due to sequence homology of histone H2B appears to be identical in all species examined.
