特異性：Detects a ~59kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of caspase-10/b on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, mouse, rat and bovine. An additional band at 40kD is observed in rat and mouse tissue extracts. Does not recognize caspase-10/a (Mch4).
