This product shows no reactivity at a dilution of 1:100 when tested against purified Sm/RNP, SS-A, SS-B, Sm or Jo-1 antigens in an ELISA system designed to detect all IgG subclasses. Exhibits strong positive in an Anti-Scl-70 ELISA system.
