特異性：Recognizes Hepcidin 25. The mouse sequences from mouse/rat and human differ by just 1aa in 25aa mature HEPC. The sequence is truncated by 5aa in the 20aa major secreted HEPC. No significant crossreactivity with 20aa HEPC peptide. May crossreacts with the unprocessed larger 60aa pro-HEPC if present in the samples or tissues.
