特異性：Recognizes human eosinophil major basic protein (14kD) irrespective of the stages of eosinophil activation and can be regarded as a "pan-eosinophil" marker. Recognizes the secreted pro-form of MBP (Pregnancy associated MBP, 23.8kD) and the mature form found in the matrix of the eosinophil large specific granule (13.8kD). Does not crossreact with equine, mouse or rat MBP.
