特異性：Recognizes human b-amyloid precursor protein (b-APP695) that has a predicted amino acid sequence length of 695. There are 3 known b-APP proteins (b APP695, b APP751, b APP770) thought to be the source of amyloid b-peptide. Recognizes an epitope within the first 200 amino acids in the b-APP amino terminus. This antibody will react with all 3 forms.
