特異性：Recognizes human C5b-9 complexes via activated C5, especially in different forms of glomerulonephritis. Does not react with native C5 (See C7850-23). Normal fresh and activated serum subjected to SDS-PAGE Western Blot (nonreduced), visualizes reactivity with the SDS-denatured C5 (200kD) abd C5b (185kD), the latter together with a faint cleavage product (60kD) only after activation.
