特異性：SR-2 reacts with cardiotin, a mitochondrion-associated protein, which is present in cardiomyocytes and skeletal muscle. SR-2 reacts with cardiomyocytes, skeletal muscle, stromal and epithelial cells as well in vivo as in vitro.
