特異性：Specific for the ~60k - 62k synaptotagmin protein phosphorylated at Thr202. The immunolabeling is completely eliminated by lambda-phosphatase treatment. In some lysates and/or various tissues, additional bands may be seen at ~ 45k, 75k and 150k.
