特異性：E. coli (O & K antigens) Many "O" and "K" antigenic serotypes of Escherichia coli. Not absorbed and does cross-react with related Enterobacteriaciae. Will remove E. coli proteins from recombinant preparations.
純度：Protein A chromatography. Covalently coupled with the N-Hydroxysuccinimide ester of biotin under mild conditions to give a high degree of substitution.
