特異性：This item is a dual colour reagent recognising rat CD3 and CD4 cell surface antigens. Clone IF4 recognises rat CD3, a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by mature T lymphocytes. Clone W3/25 recognises rat CD4, a 55kD glycoprotein expressed by helper T lymphocytes, thymocytes and macrophages.
