特異性：UCHT1 recognises the human CD3 cell surface antigen, expressed by T lymphocytes.WR18 recognises a common determinant on the beta chain of the human HLA Class 2 molecules HLA-DR, DP and DQ. This antigen is expressed on B lymphocytes, monocytes and on activated T lymphocytes. This item is designed to permit the simultaneous enumeration of CD3 and HLA Class 2 expressing cells. It is particularly useful in the assessment of HLA Class 2 expression on T lymphocytes.
