特異性：CD3 is a complex cell-surface glycoprotein expressed by all mature T lymphocytes. This complex comprises five different polypeptide chains, with molecular weights of 16-28kD. CD16 is a 50-65kD glycoprotein expressed by NK cells, some T cells and granulocytes. It exists in two forms, a transmembrane protein expressed on NK cells and a GPI-linked form expressed on granulocytes. CD16 functions as a low affinity receptor for IgG, and is also known as FcRIII. This item has been developed to allow the simultaneous enumeration of Tcells and NK cells, as well as the subset of CD3+ve, CD16+ve lymphocytes
