特異性：This item specifically recognises an epitope within the C-terminal (CT) region of endothelin B receptor (ET-B), a widely distributed transmembrane protein and member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, which acts as a non-specific receptor for endothelin 1, 2, and 3, and mediates its action by G protein association and activation of a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. This item recognizes epitopes on the cytoplasmic side of the receptor and therefore the cell membrane must be permeable to the antibody. This item does not block the binding of endothelins. This item is reported as suitable for use in immunocytochemistry on acetone fixed cells.
