特異性：This item recognises the extracellular (N-terminal) domain of human Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor 1 (VEGFR1 or Flt-1), a 180 kDa membrane receptor tyrosine kinase. It is expressed by almost all vascular endothelial cell and some peripheral blood monocytes. Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor is a regulator of physiological angiogenesis during embryogenesis, skeletal growth and reproductive functions.
