特異性：This item specifically recognises 43kDa Connexin43, when phosphorylated at Ser368. Connexin43 (CX43) allows for the exchange of solutions between neighbouring cells through the formation of gap-junctional channels and is expressed in the brain, kidneys and myocardium, as well as vascular endothelial cells. Studies suggest that a decrease in the permeability of gap-junctional channels occurs due to a conformational change in the structure of CX43, and that this is mediated by the phosphorylation of CX43 at residue Ser368, by Protein Kinase C (PKC).
