特異性：This item specifically recognises human CDX2 (caudal-type homeobox protein 2), a nuclear protein and member of the caudal homeobox family, which acts as a regulator for intestinal epithelium gene transcription, and possibly for the differentiation and proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells. Studies have revealed the expression of CDX2 in intestinal-type gastric cancer, colorectal carcinomas and intestinal metaplasia of the stomach, and have implicated CDX2 as an early marker of Barrett's oesophagus, the premalignant lesion of oesophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC). This item is not expected to recognise CDX1 or CDX4.
