特異性：This item detects human heat shock protein 90 alpha (HSP90a), one of two HSP90 isoforms together with HSP90b. These isoforms are encoded by different genes and under normal conditions assist the folding of newly synthesised proteins, and are also important in cellular processes such as hormone signalling and cell cycle control. In response to mutation or environmental stress, HSP90 expression is upregulated as part of the heat shock response, and function to maintain newly destabilised proteins in a folding competent state.
