特異性：This item detects an epitope within the internal region of human ubiquitin specific protease 2 (USP2), also known as UBP41. USP2 is a deubiquitinating protease which rescues proteins from the ubiquitin mediated 26S proteasomal pathway. The USP2 gene encodes two splice variants- USP2a and USP2b, with molecular weights of 69kD and 48kD respectively. USP2a deubiquitinates the antiapoptotic proteins fatty acid synthase (FAS) and Mdm2. FAS is overexpressed in the majority of epithelial tumours, including prostate cancer, whilst Mdm2 indicates that USP2 may regulate p53-dependent pathways.
