特異性：This item recognises human aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR), a 96 kDa ligand-activated transcription factor expressed in all tissues tested. AHR binds planar aromatic hydrocarbons and plays a role in regulating biological responses to them. It activates expression of xenobiotic chemical metabolising enzyme genes such as cytochrome P450. AHR is also involved in cell-cycle regulation and is thought to be involved in tissue maturation.
