特異性：Clone AE3, a Mouse anti Human Cytokeratin Type II antibody, reacts with most of the Basic (Type II) keratins. Including epidermal cell keratin of 86 and 58kD and skin at 58kD, 65kD and 67kD. Broad keratin reactivity is found on human epidermal cell, oesophagus and cornea.Since each epithelium contains at least one basic keratin, AE3 is broadly reactive and stains positively almost all epithelia and their neoplasms.
