特異性：Anti-S100A1 (Calcium Binding Protein) [Polyclonal (sheep) antibody recognizes bovine and porcine S100A1.] This antibody reacts with bovine and porcine S100A1 in immunoblots. Immunoreactivity with recombinant rat and human S100A1 and recombinant human S100A4 is reduced when compared to native bovine and porcine S100A1. Does not react with human S100A2 in immunoblots. This antibody reacts with bovine, rat, and recombinant S100B in immunoblots but less than 5% crossreactivity with S100B is seen in competitition radioimmunoassays. Crossreactivity with other members of the S100 family has not been investigated.
