特異性：This assay recognizes natural mouse prothrombin. Natural mouse thrombin was prepared at 10 ng/ml in buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity. No significant cross-reactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from human, rat, porcine, rabbit, sheep, canine, and guinea pig were assayed for cross-reactivity. No significant cross-reactivity was observed.
